At Mocka, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases on all furniture and decor. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original flat-pack packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
